第二十一日

連續兩日都差唔多十一點先番到屋企..

尋日係做功課 + part-time
今日就係練跑 + part-time..

還有明天.....


上了五個鐘 overloading 的 lecture
六半就落左 JSC 跟校隊的操練 (跟操 Only..)

因為停左差唔多個半月,狀態已經好差
再加上佢地o既速度實在太快..
(平均 400M @ 100秒,足足快我 1/5...)

頭o個段想跟貼主隊而不知不覺加快左自己速度
反過來擾亂左自己節奏
到中後段體力明顯不繼

10K @ 52mins..
連跑 21K 的分段成績也不如。
不算是一個理想的成績,但已經比想象中要好了。



做了決定後
昨晚終於滴下第一滴淚..
我沒想過情緒會這麼差的...


有勇氣生存下去是一件值得高興的事。

我會改變決定嗎?
我不知道......

Morning / Afternoon- Library
Night- Cross Country Training (with School Team)

Wednesday:
Morning- Lecture
Afternoon- Lab / Library
Night- Free Time / Part-time job

Thursday:
Morning / Afternoon- Lecture
Night- Cross Country Training (with School Team)

Friday:
Morning- Free-time (Sleep)
Afternoon- Lecture
Night- Reserved

Saturday:
Morning- Free-time (Sleep) / Library
Afternoon- Fellowship
Night- Free-time

Sunday
Morning- Worship
Afternoon- Library
Night- Free-time / Jogging
